WA-CT / X-Ray Tech

The CT Technologist, under the direction of the Radiology Manager and the Radiologist, performs computerized Tomography procedures including procedures of an invasive nature. Machine is a Toshiba Aquilon 64 slice scanner. The CT Technologist positions and instructs the patient, operates various pieces of specialized equipment and determines the technical factors for exposure. They must insure correct marking/labeling of all films. The CT Technologist must consistently provide safe, quality patient care. They also must take call. Graduate of approved AMA school of Radiology and be a registered ARRT Possess knowledge in cross sectional anatomy Possession of two years diagnostic experience desirable Moderate to heavy physical effort required.
