ObjectiveLead and deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives for Alpitronic's U.S. operations, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local organizational needs, employment regulations, and workforce expectations. This position reports directly to the CEO of Alpitronic US.ResponsibiltitiesHR Operations ManagementDevelop scalable HR processes across U.S. sites in coordination with the central HR teamEnsure policies, systems, and compliance frameworks reflect both U.S. requirements and Alpitronic's global standardsImplement foundational tools and procedures that support hypergrowth while enabling cross-border operational consistencyCompensation & BenefitsDesign total rewards strategies that meet U.S. market demands while remaining aligned with company-wide principlesLiaise with global HR and finance to ensure equity and transparency in budget planning and benefits harmonizationIntegrate central compensation philosophy into localized execution for long-term competitivenessOrganizational Development & Change ManagementLead workforce planning initiatives while staying in sync with organizational goals defined by HQPartner with the central HR structure to develop and evolve org charts, role definitions, and scalable growth frameworksChampion proactive change management that maintains cultural continuity across bordersEmployee Relations & EngagementBuild an engagement strategy based on survey results that reflects local realities and global company valuesCoordinate efforts with European HR Business Partners to ensure shared understanding of employee satisfaction goals and initiativesAlign legal compliance practices with global standards while tailoring to U.S. employment law landscapeLeadership, Liaison & CollaborationAct as a trusted advisor to U.S. business leaders while maintaining strategic linkages with the central HR structureEnsure bi-directional communication with headquarters in Bolzano, fostering transparency and cohesionRepresent the U.S. HR function in cross-regional working groups, steering committees, and strategic initiativesProcess Landscape & SystemsStandardize and integrate HR systems with the Group's technology infrastructureCo-develop workflows and guidelines with central HR to ensure scalability, clarity, and regulatory complianceCollaborate on shared process improvements across the global HR network (e.g. performance management, talent management, Learning and development framework, compensation models and reviews)Planning, Budgeting & ReportingWork with HQ teams to build aligned staffing forecasts, cost models, and performance plansDrive localized HR analytics with global dashboards and reporting protocolsMaintain visibility into enterprise-wide KPIs while presenting U.S.-specific insightsOverarching Initiatives & Team DevelopmentLead U.S. HR team with a culture of communication, impact, and growthPartner with Recruitment & L&D teams to support onboarding, wellbeing, and long-term employee resilienceSpearhead critical HR projects (e.g. culture shaping, wellness, organizational health) in close coordination with global counterpartsQualifications and competences requiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Data AnalyticsPHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred to demonstrate U.S. regulatory expertise5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within high-growth, multinational, or tech/manufacturing startup environmentsProven experience working in a manufacturing environment, supporting both hourly and salaried workforce needsDemonstrated expertise in Compensation & Benefits design, including analytics-driven strategy development, equity program support, and compliance with U.S. labor regulationsStrong track record in HR operations, process implementation, and organizational development across multiple U.S. statesAbility to translate complex data into strategic insights for leadership and cross-functional partnersSkilled in managing HR technology portfolios, including HRIS implementations, payroll integrations, and benefits platform optimizationComfortable operating within a matrixed global HR structure, ensuring alignment with European headquarters policies and practicesStrong cross-cultural communication skills with experience navigating international compliance standardsInternational HR experience preferred, particularly in roles requiring collaboration across regions and adaptation to global frameworksYour duties may be subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the Company.All positions are required to be on-site at the US Headquarters in Charlotte 4 days/week with the exception of Field Service Technician.WHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility - with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
