This person will help support Design/Build Projects and well as do Business Development. They will establish and grow their Department. The above background must include experience involving the Coastal Consistency Zone. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required EIT and/or PE are preferred, butnot required. Between 5 to 15 years of experience Experience in Construction Able to establish and grow a Department Experience in Utilities, Permitting, Civil 3d
