Accounts Payable Supervisor

Our client is a consulting firm and they are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team. This role is 100% remote, but for payroll and tax purposes, this employee must live in the state of Florida or Texas.Responsibilities:Research and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate parties in a timely manner.Assist with overseeing and managing scanned invoices.Monitor and run aging reports for weekly check run.Identify and resolve any issues preventing timely disbursements including credits.Assist with reviewing and approving all entries in the department for batch posting.Ensure that the proper financial information is maintained for historical purposes and in accordance with agency policies. This includes invoices, documentation, and W9 files.Qualifications:3+ years of full-cycle AP experienceMust have experience working in a small to mid-sized company (less than 4000 employees)NetSuite experience is requiredMust have at least 1 year of managerial experience A bachelor's Degree is preferredMust be proficient in Microsoft ExcelMust reside in the state of Florida or TexasThe annual base salary range is $70,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
