Our platform serves both internal and external users, streamlining complex medical transactions and enhancing operational efficiencies. We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our web application, support operational needs with data insights, and drive strategic growth. Position Overview: As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our medical transaction web application, ETHIC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of product enhancements. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and data discovery to support operations and achieve strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Define product requirements and prioritize features based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, to gather feedback and validate product ideas. Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Utilize Azure DevOps to manage project workflows, track progress, and coordinate with development teams. Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure product quality and reliability. Define test cases, execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and performance, and address any issues or defects prior to release. Data Analysis and Support: Leverage SQL Server to conduct data discovery and analysis, providing actionable insights to support operational decisions. Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product enhancements. Work closely with the operations team to understand their data and operational needs and integrate solutions effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches. Facilitate communication between internal and external users to address product issues and gather input for improvements. Provide training and support to internal teams on product features and functionalities. Customer Focus: Understand the needs of both internal and external users to drive product decisions and enhancements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, ensuring their requirements are met. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing product performance and incorporating feedback into the development process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a medical or transaction-related industry. Strong understanding of web application development and management. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, or similar, for project management and development lifecycle. Hands-on experience with SQL Server, MS Excel, and data analysis tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
