Responsibilities Establish, build, and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with assigned Trust Accounting clients. Provide full-service reconciliation (from 1st tier/routine to 2nd tier/complex) to escrow and title partners focusing on complex customer issues. Analyze customer needs, identify problems, research issues, and recommend solutions.What You'll Do:Compare financial records:Reconciliation specialists examine a company's escrow accounting records, such as ledgers and bank statements, to ensure they match.Identify discrepancies:They look for any inconsistencies or errors between different financial sources.Investigate and resolve:When discrepancies are found, they investigate the causes and work with clients to resolve them.Ensure accuracy:Their primary goal is to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.5-7 years of directly relevant reconciliation, accounting, or audit work experience; mortgage or title insurance industry preferred.Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and demonstrate the ability to learn custom applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of accounting principles.Experience with financial software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Pay Range Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
