Wickham Tractor Co. is offering an excellent opportunity for a Sales Professional based at our Fort Morgan location. This is a commission-based position with high financial earnings opportunities. Base salary option available in addition to the commission at the start of employment. The ideal candidate will: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain a strong network of current and potential clients through effective customer service and account management. Negotiate and close deals with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability. Consistently deliver superior customer service. Lead with professionalism.
