Skills/Qualifications:The individual is proficient in data entry, customer service, planning, problem-solving, teamwork, and expressing ideas clearly. They can work in high volume transactions, understand billing and underwriting systems, and operate professionally in sensitive situations. They have knowledge of group contracts, billing systems, and database applications. Responsibilities:The role involves executing collection activities for customers within the EB Division and applying received premiums within the premium collection system. It involves communicating policy information and service options effectively to policyholders, producers, TPAs, field force, and home office staff. The role also involves establishing new records, identifying omissions, initiating policy amendments, and resolving issues. The role also involves tracking and reconciling receivables, evaluating lapse, termination, and reinstatement requests, negotiating repayment plans, and reviewing and updating the system based on collected information.
