T47 International, Inc (T47) is seeking a Program Manager who will be a Lead Security Specialist to oversee all security support roles (includes but not limited to, Personnel Security Specialists, Project Security Coordinator, Construction Security Technicians, etc.) and liaise with OCSO leadership. Place of Performance: Washington DC Salary: 140k – 150k Major Duties: · Shall have the full authority to represent the Company in such matters as schedules, scheduling changes, employee assignments, performance assessment, disciplinary action, reports, and administration. · In consultation with the Security Division, assists with planning, developing, implementing, and managing a variety of physical, personnel, and information security programs. · This position is responsible for supervising all security specialists and security support roles and other security duties as assigned. Professional Qualifications/Skills: · Must have a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and the ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract. · Minimum of six (6), preferably eight (8), years of supervisory or team leader experience managing personnel and coordinating the appropriate personnel and/or disciplinary actions in the security field. · Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification or Security Fundamentals Professional Certification. · Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government officials. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. · Demonstrated knowledge of multiple security disciplines (i.e., information, industrial, physical, personnel, security training, etc.). · Ability to multi-task efficiently by working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with changing priorities. · Demonstrated ability at building teams, coaching, training, and mentoring employees.
