Crew Member: Front/Back of HouseThe ideal candidate should exhibit a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. They should also be flexible, honest, self-motivated, hard-working, a quick learner, friendly, punctual, reliable, able to work for extended hours on their feet, and a good communicator. High School diploma, GED (or working towards) is a plus. Food service experience is preferred.Compensation• $16.35 per hour• Shared tips with staff• Medical benefits including dental, vision, and life insurance• 401K retire plan with a 100% company match up to 4%Job Responsibilities/SkillsFamiliarity with a variety of food prep & cooking skills including knife skillsEnsure that all menu items are prepared to meet our high-quality standardsMaintain sufficient inventory of prepped ingredientsPrep and complete orders before going out to customersFollow recipes to prepare and create our signature saucesDemonstrate and practice food safety standardsServSafe Certification required within first 6 monthsMaintain high cleanliness standards while completing regular cleaning tasksWash and cleans dishes when necessaryAbility to multitask and prioritize workAttention to detailSet team members up for success by performing delegated side work dutiesPositive attitudeAbility to take direction and be coachedAbility to lead, direct and coach others when necessaryCash handling and basic math skillsCustomer service orientatedAssembles customer orders to ensure quality and correctnessCreates relationships with customers by delivering stellar customer serviceHandles customer concerns that do not require a managerExceptional communication skillsOutgoing personality
