About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support Legal and Compliance Operations. The role involves handling corporate legal document fulfillment, Service of Process (SOP), and assisting clients in meeting regulatory requirements throughout the business lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality customer service by analyzing requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and resolving or escalating issues as requiredSupport Transactional Corporate Legal Document Fulfillment and Service of Process (SOP) functionsAssist clients in meeting compliance requirements with government agencies, from business formation to dissolutionReview, prepare, and submit legal filings and document requests (e.g., incorporations, formations, retrievals)Perform compliance and status checks for client entitiesManage receipt, scanning, tracking, forwarding, and retention of legal documentsRespond to customer inquiries promptly and effectivelyCollaborate with internal teams and external partners, including process serversContribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionCore ResponsibilitiesProcess state and customer documents following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Utilize proprietary systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Adhere to security and compliance guidelines at all timesCreate and maintain process documentationAssist in issue resolution for internal and external stakeholdersSupport training initiatives for team members, customers, and vendorsProvide guidance on product usage and jurisdictional requirements using a consultative approachAnalyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvementsParticipate in special projects as assignedRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of customer service or related experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent data entry accuracy and analytical skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to multitask and collaborate effectively within a teamPreferred SkillsExperience in legal, compliance, or corporate services environmentFamiliarity with regulatory processes and jurisdictional requirementsTraining or mentoring experience
