Location: Multiple MTF Sites Role Summary Performs site-level troubleshooting, problem resolution, cable testing, device configuration changes, VLAN operations, and wireless support; documents activity accurately in DHA’s ITSM. Required Skills LAN/WAN troubleshooting using SolarWinds, ARMIS, and Ansible. OSI-layer fault isolation and packet-level analysis. Cable termination, drop certification, and OTDR testing. Edge switch, wireless access point, and serial communications support. Accurate ticket documentation and time tracking per enterprise standards. Certifications (Required) DoD 8140 – Network Operations Specialist (Intermediate level) Security+ CCNA or equivalent Experience Bachelor’s and 2 years; OR technical school and 3 years directly related experience.
