The Adjuster is also responsible for, but not limited to: Investigating losses and identifying coverage issues across Professional Liability, E&O, EPLO, and D&O linesObtaining and reviewing evidence, reports, and medical recordsEstablishing damages and reservesProcessing paymentsTaking statements from insured's, claimants, and witnessesParticipating in MediationsQualificationsActive attorney license with at least 5 years of professional liability experience Prior experience adjusting Professional Liability, E&O, EPLI, and D&O claims Experience with Legal Malpractice preferredActive Adjuster license is preferredStrong understanding of employment law and corporate governance as it relates to EPLI and D&O exposuresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and computer skillsExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritizeSalary $80,000 - $170,000 + bonusIn accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a goodfaith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.This role may be based out of any of our office locations, including:New York, NY; Parsippany, NJ; Conshohocken, PA; Wilkes-Barre, PA; Alpharetta, GA; Rosemont, IL; Plano, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; and Rancho Cordova, CA.
