We value respect, precision, and doing things right.What You Will Do: You will wear three main hats to support our residential and commercial projects:1. The Books (Financials & Accounting)Manage financial records, AP/AR, and client billing using QuickBooks and JobTread.Process invoices, track purchase orders, and manage client draws and security deposits.Prepare weekly cash flow reports and print/organize check runs.Support payroll processing through ADP and strictly track vendor/subcontractor COIs.2. The Team (Admin & HR)Set agendas and coordinate weekly team meetings to keep projects on track.Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and new-hire onboarding.Maintain employee handbooks, internal procedures, and performance review documentation.3. The Brand (Marketing Support)Assist with website updates and social media coordination.Manage company branding inventory (apparel, decals, marketing materials) and support award submissions.What We Need From You:The Experience: 3+ years of bookkeeping and office administration specifically within a Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management company.The Software: Strict proficiency in QuickBooks (Construction accounting experience is required). Familiarity with JobTread is a massive plus!The Polish: You have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and handle confidential financials with total discretion.Education: Associate's degree or Certified Bookkeeper designation is preferred.Ready to be the backbone of a premier Charleston builder?
