This person will work on assignments for various workplaces, school districts, university systems, civic, or other institutional clients. This position is full-time, with full benefits, and based in our Honolulu office. Position is hybrid.If you are interested in either a career track in architectural project management or design business administration, this might be the job for you!ResponsibilitiesMaintain project and project reporting scheduleEnsure deliverables are completed and submitted on timeManage client correspondence satisfactionAttend meetings with Project ExecutiveIdentify and communicate potential changes and risks to budget and scheduleSupport in development of work plans and proposals for new projects or scopeSupport of marketing teamFile and folder managementSupport the account executive and project manager in project planning, including establishing and tracking scope, schedule, and budget. A degree in a design discipline is preferred. CAPM is preferredExperience in a consulting, planning, or architectural design environment is a plusExperience in a small business environment is preferred.
