Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 Years MSP Experience
Passion for IT Technology and Delivery
Impeccable communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Desired Skills:
System Administration
Server virtualization using Hyper-V and VMware
Account and permission setting within MS365 (Email, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc) and/or Google Workspace
Advanced configuration of Microsoft Server Administration (including Active Directory and Group Policy) for on prem and Entra ID
Creating, managing, and maintaining backup systems and software (Veeam, ShadowProtect)
Configuring users and devices for VOIP services like MS Teams, Zoom, Ring Central, or GoTo
Networking
Ability to configure Meraki networking (MX/MX/MR devices)
Implement VLANs
Configuring access rules
Maintaining security and monitoring of access
Security
SIEM reporting and alerting management
Understanding of Incident Management
Remote Monitoring and Management
Autotask/Datto or similar systems
MDMs
Responsibilities:
Provide frontline and escalated support for Windows and macOS endpoints, productivity apps, and line‑of‑business tools
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, security/compliance basics, conditional access, identity hygiene)
Configure and troubleshoot Meraki networking (MX/MS/MR devices, VLANs, VPNs, firewall rules)
Use RMM tools for monitoring, patching, and automation; contribute to script libraries
Lead small projects (workstation refreshes, email/domain cutovers, Wi‑Fi enhancements)
Communicate clearly with clients and document all work in the ticketing system (Autotask PSA)
Follow and improve SOPs/runbooks; maintain environment documentation
Follow and support management in their direction and leadership and collaborating in achieving company goals
Provide best-in-class IT services to Think Connected's customers
Maintain excellent customer service to all customers in all situations
Be an escalation point for other team members
Assist with monitoring and tracking of service tickets to ensure that resolution occurs within the customer's scope of services
