We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic software engineering team. In this role, you will lead the development of robust, scalable, and efficient backend solutions using Python, while collaborating closely with front-end developers, database administrators, and system architects. Your expertise will drive innovative projects that enhance our platform’s performance and user experience. Duties Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Lead the integration of Python-based solutions with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js to deliver seamless user interfaces. Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate secure data exchange across distributed systems. Collaborate on database design and management using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Implement microservices architecture utilizing tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services for scalable deployment. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure software reliability and efficiency. Participate actively in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to accelerate project delivery. Experience Proven experience in software development with extensive hands-on work in Python programming language. Strong background in web development frameworks including Django or Flask; familiarity with ASP.NET is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in front-end development using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js along with TypeScript and HTML/CSS. Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles, SOAP web services, and integration techniques. Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for application deployment and management. Knowledge of version control systems such as GitHub or TFS (Team Foundation Server) coupled with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum; experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Ability to work on complex projects involving multithreading, application debugging, database design (SQL/PL-SQL), and microservices architecture. Strong problem-solving skills complemented by excellent communication abilities; capable of translating technical requirements into effective solutions.
