We specialize in sourcing, vetting, and placing high-performing remote professionals.  Role Snapshot Location: LATAM - Country (Remote)  Schedule: Full-time | 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST Type: Independent Contrator  Position Summary We are looking for a developer to build internal business software and workflow-driven tools that replace manual and Excel-based processes. This role will translate messy business processes into clean software systems, with strong ownership, independence, and maintainable code and documentation practices.  Responsibilities What the Developer will build, examples of internal systems include: PO and WIP milestone tracking platforms Vendor and factory workflow portals QA testing and compliance tracking tools Costing approval and documentation systems Operational dashboards for leadership visibility Data validation and structured workflow tools to replace Excel processes  Requirements (Must-Have) Candidates who have built internal business software before. 5+ years of full-stack development experience Strong SQL and database design skills (Postgres preferred) Experience building workflow-driven tools (status tracking, approvals, audit trails) Ability to translate messy business processes into clean software systems Strong documentation habits and maintainable code practices Strong Preference for experience in: Supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, or retail operations ERP-connected environments (Microsoft Dynamics, Apte  Technical Skills (Required) Full-stack development (5+ years) SQL and database design (Postgres preferred) Building workflow-driven tools (status tracking, approvals, audit trails) Documentation and maintainable code practices Experience in ERP-connected environments (Microsoft Dynamics, Apte Domain exposure: supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, or retail operations  Tools & Systems Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive) Time tracking: Hubstaff  SQL Full-stack development Apte Postgres  Why Join? Competitive pay in USD. 100% remote — work from home or anywhere. Flexible time-off. Work with an international team. Learning opportunities. Be a member of an elite group of top talent.
