This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, take ownership of projects, and directly impact building performance and efficiency.Role OverviewThe Controls Engineer leads the design, programming, and implementation of Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC) for commercial and industrial HVAC applications, supporting projects from concept through commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign BAS/DDC systems, including sequences of operation and system architectureDevelop control drawings, wiring diagrams, and submittalsProgram controllers, system logic, and graphics using platforms like Niagara or EcoStruxureSupport or lead system startup, commissioning, and performance validationTroubleshoot and optimize system performance independentlyProvide technical guidance to field teams and support project executionMaintain accurate documentation and ensure alignment with project requirementsSuccess MetricsOn-time, high-quality project deliveryMinimal system issues post-installationStrong system performance and energy efficiency outcomesHigh client satisfactionWho You AreA self-driven engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working across the full project lifecycle, and building reliable, high-performing systems.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience3–5+ years in building automation, HVAC controls, or related fieldExperience designing and implementing BAS/DDC systemsKnowledge of HVAC systems (RTUs, VAVs, air handlers) and control strategiesFamiliarity with Niagara, EcoStruxure, or similar platformsProficiency in AutoCAD/Visio and Microsoft OfficeApply NowTake the next step in your career and bring your expertise to a role where you can make a measurable impact.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind.
