We’re a team of high-energy, scrappy entrepreneurs committed to making an impact in healthcare, and we’re looking for a driven, early-career recruiter to join us in reaching new heights.Job SummaryThis is an ideal role for someone with a background in sales who’s ready to transition into recruiting and be part of an entrepreneurial team. As a Physician Recruiter AE, you’ll source, engage, and secure top physician talent for our clients. You’ll focus on building relationships, learning quickly, and contributing to our mission of connecting healthcare providers with the people and places that need them most.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Building: Connect with and build lasting relationships with physician candidates, establishing trust and understanding of their career goals.Resilient Recruiting: Work through challenges and setbacks to find the right candidate fit, demonstrating perseverance and adaptability.Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified physicians through job boards, social media, networking events, and other sales-driven outreach techniques.Screening and Matching: Assess candidates’ qualifications and align them with client needs, matching the right person to the right role.Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to understand each client’s staffing needs and deliver outstanding service.Adaptability with Technology: Use our recruitment tech tools easily and leverage technology to streamline the hiring process.Growth Mindset: Embrace continuous learning and growth, seeking new ways to improve and succeed within the role.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Experience: 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience. Previous recruiting experience is not required but is a plus.Skills:Strong relationship management skills, with a people-first approach.Resilient and proactive, with a proven ability to handle setbacks and move forward.Comfortable using digital tools and adaptable to new technology.Eagerness to learn and grow in the role, with the ambition to advance within our company.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions.
