Job Title: International Admission Coordinator (Temporary – Remote)Location: Remote (Local candidates to Boston, MA preferred)Duration: Minimum 3 monthsRate: $28/hr. on W2Reporting To: Associate Director of International AdmissionsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized International Program Coordinator to support the international admissions team at a Boston-based university. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of application materials, delivering exceptional support to prospective international students and their families, and assisting with the preparation of admissions and immigration-related documentation.This is a fast-paced, remote role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, monitor, and resolve issues related to freshman and transfer applications to ensure data accuracy and completenessUpdate applicant records, verify academic credentials (final grades, proof of graduation), and ensure alignment with immigration documentation requirementsProvide high-quality support to international applicants, families, and school counselors by responding to inquiries and offering guidance on application status and program requirementsAssist in the preparation and processing of immigration-related documents (e.g., I-20 and supporting documentation)Track and manage financial documentation, ensuring records are accurate and completeCoordinate with internal teams, schools, and applicants to collect missing or required informationMaintain organized records and ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirementsPerform additional administrative and coordination tasks as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage and verify large volumes of data accuratelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlinesStrong organizational and time management skillsCustomer-service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with diverse, international populationsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in international admissions, student services, or higher education administrationFamiliarity with immigration documentation processes (e.g., I-20, visa-related requirements, SEVIS)Experience working with CRM or student information systems (e.g., Slate, Banner, Salesforce)Exposure to international education environments or multicultural settings
