Program Coordinator Red Rose

Job Summary And ResponsibilitiesAs our Program Manager, you will help under-served women navigate the RED Rose program so they can receive timely diagnoses and critical care.Every day you will coordinate all aspects of the Red Rose program, from patient intake and assessment to service navigation and grant compliance. You will be expected to manage multiple phone calls, perform client intakes in person or over the phone, assess client needs to navigate them to appropriate screenings/diagnostics within 24 hours, track and coordinate all scheduled appointments, process documentation and diagnostic results, maintain and renew physician contracts, complete monthly billing for all providers, and facilitate referrals to community resources.To be successful in this role, you must be bilingual (English/Spanish), possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, demonstrate a strong ability to manage complex program logistics, and have a proven track record in patient advocacy and administrative support.Coordinate the Rose Regatta and other grant requirements.Answer and direct multiple telephone calls related to the RED Rose Program. Perform client intake over the phone or in person. Assess clients needs and navigate them into appropriate services including screening or diagnostic mammograms, CBE, ultrasound or biopsy, within 24 hours.Track and coordinate clients scheduled appointments including with the surgeon and radiology; Develop weekly schedules; follow-up with no-shows and rescheduled appointments.Assist the Navigator in processing all documentation and diagnostic results required for each client.Assist with referrals to community resources including Nevada Health Link, Medicaid, oncology, women's health connection, Nevada Health Center, Orion.Job RequirementsRequiredHigh School Graduate or equivalent A minimum of three (3) years scheduling and/or working in customer service.Experience with fund-raising events. Able to utilize Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Excel and Word., upon hireBilingual Spanish Speaking. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Ability to handle eligibility phone calls, community referrals and scheduling appointments.
