This advanced technical role combines hands-on system management with energy optimization initiatives to ensure mission-cCritical/Healthcareritical building operations run seamlessly. You'll work with cutting-edge Siemens and Automated Logic platforms while collaborating with company's energy team to implement conservation measures that reduce operational costs and enhance efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical projects in a healthcare environment where your expertise directly supports patient care operations and contributes to company’s reputation for excellence in facility management.Responsibilities:Program and optimize Siemens and Automated Logic BAS hardware and software for peak building performance.Collaborate with company's energy team to identify and implement energy conservation measures (ECMs).Modify control programs and tune PID loops to optimize system control and operational efficiency.Conduct retro-commissioning activities to maintain optimal hardware and software performance.Perform regular system and panel database backups while ensuring data integrity.Provide technical support and guidance to other team members on complex BAS issues.Maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures in all work activities.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience installing and/or servicing HVAC/Building Automation Controls.Proficiency with Siemens Insight 3.14 or similar BAS platforms.Expert knowledge of open protocols including BACnet, MSTP, Modbus, and TCP/IP.Strong understanding of networking, engineering concepts, programming, and HVAC mechanical systems.Physical ability to work in various environments (ladders, roofs, basements, above ceilings).Ability to lift and move equipment up to 75 pounds unassisted.Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the United States.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Desigo CC, ABT site, and DXR hardware platforms.Previous experience in healthcare facilities or mission-critical environments.Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in building automation systems.Knowledge of energy management and conservation strategies.Experience with retro-commissioning and system optimization projects.
