Traverse City Pit Spitters: In Game Clean Crew
Stadium Clean Crew
General Overview: Reporting to the Post Game Supervisor, stadium clean crew employees are responsible for returning Turtle Creek Stadium to clean and satisfactory conditions following Pit Spitters games and other stadium events.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
Picking of trash and large debris
Emptying concourse trash cans
Sweeping/Blowing litter from concourse, seating bowl, and deck areas
Wiping down tables and other surfaces
Re-setting chairs and tables along concourse and in deck areas
Cleaning bathroom areas including toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, and touchpoints
Restocking of products such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
Mopping/scrubbing of floors, concourse areas, and seating bowl
Pressure washing/hosing down large areas within stadium
Vacuuming interior areas such as suite entrances and halls
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Be able to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and management
Be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions
Be able to demonstrate attention to detail
Be willing to work in both a team setting as well as alone in certain areas
Be able to work nights, weekends, and occasional days according to stadium events schedule
Be punctual to call times and assignments
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, and operate small equipment such as backpack leaf blowers and pressure washers for extended periods of time
While performing duties, employee is regularly required to reach, feel, stoop, twist, grab, kneel, and crouch.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including but not limited to gloves, earplugs, and eye protection as required.
