Full Stack Engineer CSP

Full Stack Engineer Remote Position Overview We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support the CSP platform by designing and developing enterprise healthcare payer applications. This role focuses on large-scale batch processing, backend services, and Oracle-based enterprise systems supporting critical health insurance operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building Java applications utilizing Spring Batch and Oracle while supporting healthcare payer workflows such as claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, provider services, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise healthcare applications supporting payer operations. Build backend services using Java and Spring technologies. Develop and maintain Spring Batch jobs supporting large-scale healthcare data processing. Design and optimize applications utilizing Oracle Database. Develop REST APIs supporting claims, eligibility, enrollment, provider, and member services. Integrate enterprise applications with internal healthcare platforms and external vendors. Collaborate with architects, analysts, product owners, and healthcare SMEs to deliver technical solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Participate in Agile ceremonies, architecture discussions, and code reviews. Ensure solutions meet healthcare security, compliance, scalability, and performance standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of software development experience. 3+ years supporting Healthcare Payer, Managed Care, or Health Insurance organizations. Strong experience with: Java Spring Batch Oracle Database REST APIs Git CI/CD Experience designing scalable enterprise applications. Strong understanding of healthcare business processes. Agile development experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
