The ideal candidate will drive large-scale programs, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of complex banking transformation and digital initiatives. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, program governance, and stakeholder management, along with a deep understanding of commercial banking products, platforms, and regulatory environments.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs within the Commercial Banking domain.Drive strategic initiatives such as core banking transformation, lending platforms, payments, treasury services, and digital banking solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, risk, compliance, and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery.Establish and enforce program governance frameworks including planning, risk management, and reporting.Manage multiple concurrent programs/projects ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and stakeholders across business and technology teams.Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and program-level challenges proactively.Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery models and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices.Track key metrics, program milestones, and deliverables ensuring transparency through regular reporting.Support regulatory and compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to banking standards.Lead vendor and partner management including offshore/onshore coordination.Required Qualifications 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5–7 years in program management roles.Strong domain expertise in Commercial Banking including corporate lending, treasury services, payments, and cash management.Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology programs in banking/financial services.Strong experience in multi-stakeholder management including senior executives and global teams.Solid understanding of banking regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and enterprise systems.
