This ad is for our J-1 visa applicants only.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares food according to recipes and picture perfect guidelinesRotates stock to ensure first in first outKeeps cooking and prep areas clean and sanitizedEnsure product qualityEnsures Health Department standards are followedReports unsafe product or location issues directly to LeadershipFood products prepared and served in a timely mannerConducts hourly food temperature checks and completes reports as suchEnsures proper levels of food are maintained to include "cook to order" for slow periodsRequired to wear proper Personal Protective EquipmentBe able to direct and answer guest(s) questions about all aspects of the parkPerform other duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Must be 17 years of age or older Excellent communication skills, both oral and written1 year or more cooking experience preferred with working knowledge of restaurant equipmentA strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitudeThe ability to work varied and long shifts including weekends and holidaysFlexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidaysAble to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold and rainy conditions Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug free workplaceEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
