Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting the perfect beads and jewelry items to suit their preferences and needs. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience. Stay knowledgeable about our products and industry trends. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing through thoughtful merchandising. Requirements: Previous retail or sales experience is required. A passion for beads, jewelry, and a strong sense of design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
