Part time Executive Administrative Assistant to the President

Are you an experienced executive assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support the President of Northwest Office Liquidations? We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team part time, Monday-Friday 9:30-1:30.Requirements: Minimum of three years of executive assistant experience Proficiency in scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and managing calendars Ability to prepare quotes and handle COI (Certificate of Insurance) documents Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive informationResponsibilities: Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Efficiently handle email correspondence Prepare and process quotes for clients Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the PresidentIf you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable professional with a proven track record in executive support, we want to hear from you.
