This role requires deep expertise in React ecosystem, modern UI architecture, and cloud-native development.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement front-end architecture using React.js and modern frameworksLead design and development of scalable, reusable UI componentsDrive adoption of best practices, coding standards, and design patternsCollaborate with product owners, backend architects, and DevOps teamsDesign and implement micro frontend architectureEnsure application performance, scalability, and securityLead code reviews, technical mentoring, and team guidanceIntegrate with REST/GraphQL APIs and enterprise backend systemsWork closely with UX teams to deliver intuitive and accessible UIDrive CI/CD implementation and deployment strategiesRequired Skills10+ years of experience in frontend/UI developmentStrong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3Deep experience with Redux, Context API, HooksExperience designing large-scale enterprise UI applicationsStrong understanding of design patterns, state management, and performance optimizationHands-on experience with Micro Frontends architectureExpertise in REST APIs / GraphQL integrationExperience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologiesPreferred SkillsExperience with TypeScript, Next.js (SSR/SSG)Cloud experience (Azure / AWS / GCP)Familiarity with Docker, KubernetesUI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap)Experience with Node.js (full-stack exposure)Nice to HaveExperience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG standards)Experience with Jest, React Testing Library Leadership ExpectationsProvide technical leadership & architectural directionMentor developers and improve team productivityDrive innovation and modernization of UI platformsAct as a bridge between business and engineering teamsShare your resumes at karthik.n@precisiontechcorp.com
