Senior HCM Project Manager
A company is looking for a Senior HCM Project Manager, Planning & Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Human Capital Management (HCM) workstreams within the enterprise ERP transformation initiative
Collaborate with HR leadership, HCM functional owners, ERP implementation vendors, and the Finance Workstream Senior Project Manager for coordinated delivery
Manage workstreams within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
Six to ten (6-10) years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
Direct experience leading or managing ERP implementations that include HCM modules (e.g., Workday HCM, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)
Experience working with system integrators or ERP implementation vendors
