Role Responsibilities Deliver holistic healthcare for patients throughout their lifespan-from children to seniors. Address chronic conditions, preventive health, acute illnesses, and mental health disorders with a focus on patient-centered care. Graduation from an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Active California medical license, or eligible to procure one.
