We have four adult and juvenile County jail facilities with a multidisciplinary team. The physicians will work closely with the Medical Director and oversee the care and treatment performed by the Family Nurse Practitioners.Detention Health is an integral part of Contra Costa Health which also includes a hospital, 11 Ambulatory Centers, Contra Costa Health Plan, Public Health and Behavioral Health just to name a few Divisions.
