Nocturnist OpportunityAscension Wisconsin is looking for an Internal Medicine physician for our Nocturnist Department. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Wisconsin to provide medical services to patients.Position highlights include:Well-supported team-based practiceGreat working relationship with PCPs, ED, nursing and ancillary staffCollegial Hospitalist Team comprised of 20 providersComprehensive specialist support at both locationsEMR is EPICMust be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal MedicineProcedures optional, not requiredHighly competitive compensation package.For part-time 0.5 FTE:83 night shifts requiredAnnual base compensation: $172,706.28$15,000 start bonus forgiven over 3 yearsPatient care quality bonus incentive potential 2.5% of base compensationSeniority bonusResponsibilities include:Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.Recommends, participates in, and works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients.Accepts patient referrals from other physicians.
