After 2 years, production model will exceed salary guarantee. Practice will assist in completing and submitting malpractice insurance application, up to $7,500 per year. Practice will assist with experienced broker to explain available health insurance options. Personal Time Off: 3 weeks off every 12 months. New graduates also receive 5 study days prior to sitting for their board exam.
