Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician

A growing palliative care program in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a BE/BC physician to help advance and shape its inpatient and outpatient services. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to build a cohesive, patient-centred model and to foster interdisciplinary teamwork across the care continuum. Position Highlights: Lead the development of a collaborative inpatient and outpatient palliative care model. Work closely with a dynamic team of advanced practice providers and nurses, fostering a supportive and high-functioning clinical environment. Provide leadership and clinical oversight for both Ambulatory and Inpatient Palliative Care teams. Opportunities to teach medical students and residents, contributing to the education and growth of future clinicians. Participate in initial consults, develop comprehensive care plans, and guide ongoing patient care in coordination with the team.
