Program Coordinator
Hybrid Details: 2 - 3 days/week onsiteDuration: 8 months to start�Position SummaryWorking in the Faculty Development Office, under the supervision of the Associate Dean and the Director Faculty Development, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all administrative and operational activities of the professional development programs offered by the client on the medical campus. There are six (6) longitudinal programs, career & CV consultations, and seminar series offered each academic year to the medical campus faculty to support the advancement, promotion, and vitality of the diverse faculty on the campus. The main responsibilities will include outlook calendar management, coordination of logistics, program activities, and various data entry/administrative projects.Essential Responsibilities / Duties Program Support:Facilitates and coordinates the operations of the faculty development programs on the medical campusWorks with director and staff to track program outcomes and monitor the effectiveness of the programs, adjusting as needed. Maintain program evaluations through QualtricsCreate and maintain marketing materials of the professional development programsMaintain Faculty Development websiteCoordinate the program application process and manage the coordination of the Admissions Committees Administrative:Manage Outlook calendar invites and meetings for Associate Dean and faculty development programmingGenerate agendas, record minutes, and track action items for meetingsMaintain office process manuals and data management systems ensuring timely and accurate data collectionAssist with the reports for department chairs and executive leadership to access effectiveness of programsMonitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, purchases products as needed within established budgetCoordinate logistical needs for programs including audio-visual and technology requirements, catering, room scheduling etc., as neededOther DutiesConform to hospital standards of performance and conduct exceptional customer serviceUtilize hospital s behavioral standards as the basis for decision making and to support the hospital s mission and goalsPerform other duties as neededEducationJob Description CharacteristicsBachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience) required. ExperienceMinimum of 1-2 years related experience. Non-profit, healthcare, and/or education program coordination is a plus. Knowledge And SkillsAbility to be self-directed, prioritize essential tasks and balance numerous responsibilities. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to work with diverse individuals from a variety of disciplines, and on a variety of levels. Excellent oral and written communicationProficient with standard Microsoft programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web browsers.
