Our work impacts communities and industries alike, and we're seeking a skilled marketing content creator to amplify our brand voice and digital presence.We're looking for a creative and driven individual to expand RLM Underground's marketing content strategy. This role will craft compelling social media posts, manage website updates, and develop branded materials that showcase our expertise and connect with customers and partners.Key Responsibilities- Social Media ManagementDevelop and execute monthly content calendars for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and XCreate engaging posts featuring project highlights, team stories, and industry insightsMonitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to boost engagement and reach- Website OversightRegularly update website content, including service pages, team bios, job openings, and news updatesEnsure website content aligns with brand voice and valuesCollaborate with internal stakeholders and developers as needed for technical updates- Marketing Content CreationWrite and design email campaigns, brochures, one-pagers, and signageSupport internal communications and brand storytelling across print and digital channelsCapture photos/videos from field sites and/or coordinate with vendors to highlight RLM's work- Brand Strategy SupportMaintain consistency across all brand assetsAssist in developing messaging that reinforces RLM's reputation in the marketMonitor competitors and industry trends to inform content directionRequirements:Qualifications2+ years of marketing, communications, and content creation experienceStrong writing and editing skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and storytellingProficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design toolsFamiliarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress), SEO best practices, and social media analyticsSelf-starter mindset with strong time management and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceOpportunity to shape and expand RLM's voice and visual identityA collaborative and growing environment that values initiativeOpportunity to enroll in BCBS Medical, Principal Dental, Vision, and Group Term Life insurance plans, +AD&DAccrued PTO plus 8 paid holidaysEEOCRLM Underground is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
