This role serves as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DesignArchitect end-to-end Oracle Cloud O2C solutions spanning Order Management (OM), Pricing, Shipping, Accounts Receivable (AR), and CollectionsDesign and configure Oracle Subscription Management solutions to support recurring revenue models, contract lifecycle management, and automated billingLead fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements with business and IT stakeholdersDefine integration patterns between O2C and adjacent modules including Inventory, Projects, and FinanceImplementation & DeliveryDrive full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades across O2C and Subscription Management workstreamsDevelop functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scriptsCollaborate with development teams on custom extensions, OIC integrations, and OTBI/BIP reporting requirementsLead CRP (Conference Room Pilots), UAT, and cutover planning activitiesStakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to business owners, translating revenue operations needs into Oracle best-practice solutionsFacilitate executive-level solution presentations and architecture review sessionsManage functional scope, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycleOngoing OptimizationIdentify opportunities to streamline O2C processes and improve subscription revenue recognition accuracyStay current with Oracle quarterly release updates and assess impact to existing configurationsMentor junior functional consultants and analystsRequired Qualifications8+ years of functional Oracle experience, with at least 5 years focused on Order to Cash (Oracle Cloud or EBS)Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, and revenue schedulingDeep expertise across core O2C modules: Order Management, Pricing (including APC), Shipping Execution, Accounts Receivable, and Advanced CollectionsStrong understanding of revenue recognition principles and how they intersect with subscription billing (ASC 606 familiarity a plus)Experience leading or co-leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementationsProficiency in Oracle configuration, functional testing, and documentation standardsExcellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred QualificationsOracle Cloud certification in Order Management or FinancialsFamiliarity with Oracle CPQ and its integration into the O2C flowExperience with Oracle Revenue Management Cloud (RMCS) in a subscription contextExposure to OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) for O2C integration scenariosPrior experience in SaaS, manufacturing, or high-tech industries with complex ordering modelsWhat You'll BringA strategic mindset paired with deep hands-on Oracle functional knowledge.
