DescriptionJob Title:Inside Sales Supervisor
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of the inside sales team to ensure exceptional customer service, accurate order processing and achievement of sales goals. This role combines hands-on sales leadership, team coaching and operational coordination to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm with rotating Saturdays
Closed on Sundays so you can spend time with your loved ones
Compensation
$26.00- 31.25/hour plus $15,000 - 20,000 Annual Target Commission

Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the inside sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, customer service standards, and operational metrics.
Lead by example through active selling, account management, and customer interaction.
Monitor daily activities such as quotes, orders, follow-ups, and customer inquiries to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Train, coach, and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM/system usage.
Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences and order fulfillment.
Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable feedback to management.
Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows within the sales department.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of sales team members.
Support the implementation of sales initiatives, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
35 years of inside sales or account management experience required.
13 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
Experience in [industrye.g., distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or B2B sales] a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
