Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Front of House Manager for our on-site location in Overland Park, KS. The Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining a positive customer experience, and managing the front-end team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, training new hires, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. Additionally, the manager will optimize sales opportunities, monitor inventory levels, and ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards. QualificationsStrong Communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and coordinate between teamsExcellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiencesKnowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including service standards and menu familiarityExperience in Training team members to build an efficient and knowledgeable front-end teamBasic Sales acumen to identify opportunities to enhance revenue and customer satisfactionStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in food service or management is preferred
