We are committed to delivering top-quality products and services to our customers while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Office and Sales Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support to the IMV America and 1g America sales teams. The Office and Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations while also assisting with various sales-related tasks.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and correspondence to ensure efficiency and productivity.Provide sales support to the IMV America and 1g America sales teams.Handle domestic and international shipping and logistics, including coordination with carriers and customs documentation.Process orders accurately and in a timely manner.Assist in updating social media accounts and website content, ensuring consistency and engagement.Coordinate with third-party suppliers for procurement of materials and services.Conduct copy editing and proofreading for marketing materials, documents, and communications.Assist in trade show preparation, including logistics, booth setup, and coordination of promotional materials.Act as a problem-solver for various administrative tasks as needed.QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills.Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Knowledge of shipping and customs procedures.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.Experience in sales support or a related field is a plus.
