We seek candidates who will not only enhance our representational diversity, but who will contribute to the mission of inspiring critical thinking, compassionate action, and personal success within a culture that prioritizes access, dignity, and belonging for all.POSITION GOAL: Provide swim lessons/ private or group to children of all levels and abilities based on the curriculum provided.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for the safety of the swim participantsWork hours as scheduledSubmits completed time on timeAttends mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduledAct immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.All other duties as assigned and appropriate.QualificationsTo successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualification requirements listed below represent minimum levels of educational achievement, training, skill and/or ability necessary.American Red Cross Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR & AEDAbility to positively interact with the general public.Submission of PA School Personnel Health form.Current Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 clearances.
