Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paraplanner based in Williamsville, NY. The Paraplanner will assist in developing financial plans, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and providing support for investment and wealth management strategies. Responsibilities include creating detailed financial reports, preparing planning documents, supporting client communications, and ensuring accuracy in all data and recommendations. Collaboration with financial advisors and team members is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and InvestmentsExceptional Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance-related conceptsProficiency in creating professional and accurate Report Writing tailored to clients' needsExcellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related fieldCFP® Certification or progress towards certification is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
