Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Monitor and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget goals.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and employee engagement.
Plan and execute special events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a Mexican or Latin cuisine establishment.
Strong understanding of Mexican Oaxacan cuisine and culture.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
