Maintenance Tech A Must have Knowledge of: Air brake and FHWA inspection certified Full knowledge of air brake system Full knowledge of suspensions Full knowledge of electrical system Full knowledge of trailer body work Full knowledge of landing gear assembly Full knowledge of door work Full knowledge of wheels and tires Full knowledge of welding and fabricating Requirements: Valid CDL A plus High school diploma or equivalent, vocational school certification or completion of apprenticeship preferred Must possess own hand tools Safety oriented, great attention to detail Fabrication background Ability to operate various hand tools and heavy equipment Detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle and equipment components Good communication skills to correspond with upper management What We Offer Southeast Independent Delivery Service was founded in 1999, and we understand that our employees, owner- operators and contractors, are at the forefront of our business, focusing on safety and providing quality services for our customers.
