Our goal is simple: help clients move forward with confidence and stability, no matter how difficult the situation.If you’re an attorney who believes great legal work starts with truly understanding people, you’ll feel at home here.The Opportunity We’re looking for a Family Law Attorney who can confidently own their caseload while bringing a steady, thoughtful presence to clients navigating high-stakes, emotional situations.This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Phoenix, with in-office collaboration during your first 90 days to set you up for success.What You’ll Be DoingManage a full caseload from intake through resolution with autonomy and accountabilityHandle matters including custody, parenting time, relocation, divorce, legal separation, and post-decree modificationsDraft and file pleadings, motions, parenting plans, and settlement agreements in Maricopa County Represent clients in hearings, evidentiary proceedings, and trials with preparation and confidenceTake and defend depositions, including witness preparation and strategyLead and participate in mediations with a focus on practical, lasting outcomesProvide clear, grounded counsel, helping clients understand their options without overwhelming themMaintain consistent communication that builds trust and keeps clients informedStay organized and proactive with deadlines, filings, and court calendarsWhat We’re Looking ForJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive member of the Arizona State Bar in good standing2+ years of hands-on family law experience in ArizonaExperience handling custody, divorce, and/or relocation matters independentlyStrong drafting skills across pleadings, motions, and agreementsCourtroom experience, including hearings and evidentiary proceedingsClear, confident communicator, both with clients and in the courtroomA practical negotiator who can balance advocacy with resolutionHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to work with clients in stressful situationsSomeone who takes ownership of their work and contributes positively to a close-knit teamCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (DOE)Performance-based bonus structure tied to billablesHybrid flexibility after 90 daysHealth insurancePTO + paid holidaysWhy This Role Stands OutAt Kedia Law, you won’t just process cases, you’ll build relationships, guide people through pivotal life moments, and do work that genuinely matters.
