Become part of an international team, thrive in a global group with €800M turnover and 1,000+ clients worldwide.👉 WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️Solid educational background in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or similar fields.6+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations (MarkOps), MarTech consulting, or Content Supply Chain optimization, strictly within Pharma, Healthcare, or similarly regulated enterprise environments.Deep domain expertise in the end-to-end promotional content lifecycle, including briefing, creation, localization, omnichannel publishing, and MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) compliance workflows.Proven experience as a hands-on process architect: highly proficient in analyzing, designing, and documenting complex business workflows using methodologies like BPMN, RACI, and swimlane mapping (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, etc.).Pragmatic automation mindset: Ability to assess marketing and content workflows to identify automation opportunities (e.g., metadata tagging, routing), while clearly understanding which steps require strict human or regulatory oversight.Stakeholder alignment skills: Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and act as the bridge between Medical, Legal, Marketing, and MarTech teams.👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈Map the Content Ecosystem: Lead the assessment and documentation of end-to-end business processes across the promotional content lifecycle, identifying operational bottlenecks and compliance risks.Design the "To-Be" Operating Model: Facilitate workshops with global and local teams (Medical, Commercial, Marketing) to capture "as-is" processes and draw out the optimized "to-be" workflows and RACI matrices for omnichannel content delivery.Drive Smart Automation: Identify and evaluate automation opportunities within the content supply chain, clearly distinguishing which steps can be automated (e.g., modular content generation) versus those requiring human MLR review.Build the Rollout Strategy: Define market entry and rollout strategies for new content operating models, setting clear criteria to prioritize markets (volume, complexity, regulatory risk, change readiness) to support phased deployments.Bridge Strategy and Execution: Act as a trusted advisor and translator between business stakeholders, regulatory teams, and technical delivery teams, providing fact-based recommendations and trade-off analyses.Establish Governance: Contribute to governance models, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and success metrics to monitor process performance, localization efficiency, and speed-to-market.🚀 WHY US? 🚀Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
