Business Development Specialist
The Ford Agency is actively seeking a creative and driven Business Development Specialist to support a busy team at a top DC law firm. The Specialist will collaborate with a variety of teams to support the firm's business development goals and initiatives to increase the firm's visibility and affirming the firm's reputation as a top legal services provider. This individual will collaborate closely with attorneys, and marketing team to develop client presentations and proposals and other client facing marketing materials. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of legal business development experience looking to step into a more visible role! Responsibilities Include:Collaborate with the team to develop business proposals, client presentations, and responses to RFPsMonitor and track client development activities, efforts, and results in CRMDraft marketing materials including web content, newsletters, and other marketing collateralDraft submissions for awards and rankingsAssist with other marketing and business development initiatives Qualifications Include: Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications2+ years of business development experience in a law firmStrong project management skills and follow throughProfessional communication skillsAbility to work with attorneys and other team members in a collegial mannerProficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Salesforce Qualifications:$88,000 - $115,000 annually Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
