This opportunity is ideal for attorneys currently practicing at top AM200 law firms who are looking to work alongside elite trial lawyers in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment while maintaining a hybrid work schedule.The ideal candidate will bring exceptional academic credentials, sophisticated litigation experience, and a strong track record handling complex matters in state and federal courts.Key Responsibilities:Manage sophisticated commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appealDraft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions and complex discovery disputesConduct and defend depositions, oversee discovery strategy, and manage case developmentHandle court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparationCollaborate closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case managementMentor junior associates and contribute to team developmentMaintain strong client relationships while delivering strategic and business-focused legal solutionsQualificationsJ.D. from a top 25 U.S. law school strongly preferredCurrently practicing at an AM200 law firm or comparable sophisticated litigation practice2+ years of complex litigation experienceStrong background in commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, business disputes, or class actions preferredSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between [$350,000 – $450,000 annually].
